Starting in December 2025, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) launched “Operation Metro Surge," an operation aimed at arresting and deporting undocumented immigrants, in Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota.
